His strength doesn't comes from curse enrgy or Jujutsu but pure physical strength and skill.He was able to defeat Gojo and had cut him not once but twice,one by surprise and another during the battle.
Toji Fushiguro was a member of Zenin Clan and the father megumi fushiro.Unlike other strong characters who possessed large amount of curse energy,Toji was born without any curse energy at all.

But,Later he was killed by Gojo in their rematch

3.Yuta Okkotsu

Very less is known about Master Tengen as he interacts very less with outside world.But he is a entity that even Gojo doesn't dare to defy.Only his defensive ability of making barriers and immortality is known but it is not cleared that if he had any destructive powers.
Master tengen is a immortal being who resides in the chambers.He maintains the  barriers that keeps the Jujutsu High safe.
