Higehiro:After being,I shaved and took in a High School Runaway is a Light novel and series which shows us the story of a salaryman named Yoshida and a highschool runaway Sayu.At the beginning of the story both of them were complete strangers and weren't connected to each other in any way but as the story continues both of them becomes a very important part of each other's life.Infact it has been shown multiple times that Sayu loves Yoshida but Yoshida only sees Sayu as a girl who needs his help.

Apart from Sayu,Airi Goto and Mishima also have love interest for Yoshida.At first Yoshida's only love interest was Airi Goto.He proposed Goto at the very beginning of the story but she rejected her that day.Although she later reaveled that she loved Yoshida and she only rejected him because she thought it was not the right move to start their relationship
but after she already rejected him once it was quite difficult for Yoshida to accept that she loves him.Yoshida didn't accepted her confession that time although she was interested in her.

On the other hand Mishima's love was only one sided as Yoshida wasn't really interested in her.He only saw her as colleague and a friend.
When Yoshida took in Sayu she was just a highschool runaway who needed his help but later she became a very special person in his life,she was the reason why he started come back early to home as he knew someone is waiting for him to come back.Although Yoshida has said that he wants her to go back home but he didn't mean it.He knew that the right to do is that Sayu goes back to her home but it was not what Yoshida wanted,He wanted her to stay but couldn't say it.
After some time as promise Sayu goes back to her home in hokaido leaving Yoshida alone at Tokyo.It becomes very lonely for Yoshida after Sayu leaves his house.While Sayu was away from Yoshida,he doesn't end up Goto or Mishima but remai good friends with them.
2 years later Sayu and Yoshida meets at the same place where they have first meet each other.This fateful reunion was planned by Asami herself.Both of them are very happy seeing each other after a long time and then starts talking.After some time they starts to head for Yoshida's home and Sayu says "I'm home,Mr.Yoshida" and the story ends.
Judging from the end we can clearly say that Yoshida ends up Sayu as he have waited for a very long time waiting for Sayu.
